"I'm your biggest fan. See? My smile- very Glasgow, don't you think? Don'tcha think huh? Now I can be just like you. I can make you smile. Just embrace a little chaos, and we can be together forever.
...I'm your biggest fan."

This is a thank you gift of sorts for my friend Joe , who made me the most amazing Joker shirt- [link] - and ever since, we've been involved in a discussion of how one could make the Harley Quinn character work in the new Batman interpretation/canon... because, well, as much as I ADORE Ms. Quinn (truly- she's likely my favorite character in any Batman incarnation...) it's hard to make a realistic look for her. I mean, jester hats are fun, but not especially "Dark Knight" material.
So I sort of thought...what about a harlequin look achieved by blood, scars, and tears...done by the mad lady herself, with the intention of proving her loyalty to her man... and to making him laugh. Always to make him laugh. What else is there? So, just one of my fun 'what if's'.
Only lighting effects here. The makeup wasn't messed with in any way, as per usual.
Time: Bandits, until just after Kate's entrance. Medium: Wolfe Brothers
Ahhh, gotcha! Thankfully, this is really easy. There's no base or foundation on, just the actual eye/lip paint. All I did was use some Wolfe Brothers- although you can use any water-based paint or face paint/makeup... and I put it a thin line around the eye and then above it with just enough water to get it to run smooth. Then I oversaturated the brush with water and painted "down", or around, so that it naturally dripped down. The part above the eye I just took a very watery brush and blotted it up.
As for the teeny branches, I just used a really tiny paintbrush and made sure the brush was watery.
