GG and Rex had been in the car for three hours. It was a counting kind of day. Between the two of them, they'd eaten two bags of jerky, a box of pop tarts, and half of a honey bun- all that was left from yesterday's raid on the motel gift shop. They'd also passed fourteen churches- fifteen, if you included the mosque.
What they hadn't passed is one single ice cream shop, and GG was beginning to get mighty cross.
"Damnit, Rex, I need a little less Jesus, and a little more cookie dough."
"What do you expect me to do about it, darling?"
"Find me some sin, already."

*Shrug* I don't rightly know, either. I saw this lovely piece, and knew I wanted to play with those patterns. [link] I also was watching Saving Grace while I painted, so I think the whole theme just developed from there.
Time: 1 Malcolm in the Middle & 1 Saving Grace Medium: Wolfe Brothers- 3 colors only! And some Milani eyeshadow
Awwww, thank you so much! I don't see many makeup images posted in your gallery. Do you have a separate account for creative makeups, or do you not post them, generally?
It's pretty second nature to me, now. This didn't even take all that long. It helps to have something in the background. Thank you, though. As always, you're too sweet.
You're welcome! You want to trade makeup skills for a bit? You be bad at eyeliner, and I get to be amazing? The only makeup I'm skilled at is.... stage makeup?
Well, see, there you go! I'm rubbish at stage makeup because I always want to make it look better up close, more realistic. So from far away it's not nearly as impressive. Everyone's better at something.
Stage makeup is really confusing. If you do it wrong, you'll end up looking really weird. People in the audience will e all like "Why does that one dancer have no eye and a really bad sunburn?"
