I've always been fond of Gustav Klimt (except, ironically, The Kiss, which is probably his most recognizable...), and after coming across a particularly stupendous bit of art that was inspired by Klimt recently (not on DA) I figured hey, why not? Most of the patterns here are yanked from one piece or another, or adapted from bits that I liked in his paintings. I decided to keep the lips essentially bare, but for a little rosiness, just because Klimt's women tended to have these lovely, almost bitten-color lips. This design also originally had the neck involved, but I'm too tired. XD  Time: A little over 1/2 of Sliding Doors. Medium: Mostly Wolfe Brothers makeup. Some cheapo. Very little. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes.
